Exchange & Return

Thank you for shopping with JUST NATURE, we value having you as a customer and hope you are pleased with your items. If you are not fully satisfied, here's what you can do:  

UAE:

• For both sale and full priced items within the UAE, we offer a free collection; you will be refunded back to your original payment method.
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please ensure any items being returned have not been worn, have the original labels and security tag still in place.
• Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition including brand tags, security ribbon and sanitary labels if they have.
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

INTERNATIONAL:     

• For both sale and full priced items outside of the UAE, you will be refunded back to your original payment method.
• Just Nature is happy to offer a refund for items purchased, providing that the product is shipped back in original condition with tags attached.
• Please keep in mind that if you live outside the UAE you will need to cover return postage costs, plus any applicable duties or taxes.

• All JUST NATURE pieces are thoroughly inspected, and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to. In the unlikely case of a fault please contact us.
